Sarah Ong is the Founder and Managing Director of SG PinkCollar, a Singapore-licensed employment agency specializing in highly regarded pink-collar industries, formerly known as Search Consultancy Services LLP.
With extensive experience in Asia-region recruitment since 2005 and having established a maid agency in 2008, Sarah understands that this work goes far beyond a business transaction. It is not simply about filling a position, but about ensuring trust, care, and peace of mind.
Sarah is passionate in development on talent management. She believes in ethical recruitment, transparent processes, and sustainable placements, ensuring both workers and employers experience trust, reliability, and long-term satisfaction.
She holds a Diploma in Business and Human Resources Management from the Singapore Human Resources Institute and is certified with the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), a Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications. She also holds certifications in General Insurance and Health Insuranc.e.
