Built on the foundation of Search Consultancy Services LLP, the agency is known for ethical recruitment, regulatory compliance, and sustainable workforce placement.

 

With over 20 years of recruitment experience across Asia, Sarah began her career as an HR Practitioner since 2003 and founded her first employment agency in 2008. Her expertise spans recruitment process outsourcing management, workforce compliance and building long-term relationships between employers and workers rooted in trust and mutual respect.

 

Sarah takes a hands-on, relationship-centred approach by investing time to understand each household's unique needs, preparing helpers thoroughly before deployment, and providing continued support well after placement. To her, every placement is the beginning of a lasting partnership.

 

She holds a Diploma in Business and Human Resources Management and the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and is accredited in both General and Health Insurance. She is currently undergraduate for Master Degree in Human Resource Management.
